Topic: Emails not reaching Roundcube

Summary of the Issue:
I have a very strange issue where emails are not delivered to Roundcube.
I can send email just fine but cannot receive.
Whenever I send an email from gmail to myself I can see email count increment in iRedadmin page email counter but in Roundcube nothing is received.
Setup:
I'm doing this on a homelab, with a residential internet connection
1) VPS hosted with Hertzner (ubuntu 20.04)
2) Local VM: wireguard VNP to hertzner VPS so I have access to port 25 and other port
I used haproxy to forward ports from Hertzner to my local machine.
followed this guide: Proxy SMTP & IMAP with HAPROXY
Help!!
in the attached screen shots you can see in the iRedadmin page there are some emails somewhere but in the roundcube page nothing shows.
Since I'm doing this for self learning, any pointers to where I should look in order to fix this will be very helpful.
