Topic: Domain quota not working

==== REQUIRED BASIC INFO OF YOUR IREDMAIL SERVER ====
- iRedMail version (check /etc/iredmail-release): 1.4.2
- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: Debian 11.1
- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL): MySQL
- Web server (Apache or Nginx): Nginx
- Manage mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro? YES (4.9)
- [IMPORTANT] Related original log or error message is required if you're experiencing an issue.
====

We discovered a strange behaviour of the quota mechanism on our iRedMail server.

Our configuration:

-) we have about 130 customer mail domains defined
-) each domain has a domain quota set according to the plan our customer is paying
-) every account within these domains has no account quota set so they can share the available domain quota altogether

Now the problem:

even though domain quotas are set, users within these domains are able to use far more space than granted by the domain quota - indeed there's a red line in the quota column of iRedAdmin-Pro but nothing else happens ( new mails aren't being blocked after reaching the domain limit, no error message like "quota exceeded" is sent, and so on )

Is it a bug or is there any mistake we have could made configuring the server?
