Topic: Problem logging in

We have installed the IRedmail service and we encounter an error when entering the site (username and password are incorrect).  I also checked the password and entered it correctly.
Help me if you can.  Thankful

- Did you get this error while logging in to Roundcube webmail? or iRedAdmin?
- Any related error in log files under /var/log/? especially /var/log/dovecot/.
