Topic: concerning junk folder
hi all
i found that sometimes due to false positives genuine emails are moved to junk folder
our customers who use pop miss out on such emails
in spamassassin and amavis we tag our emails as --possible spam-- if their rules are triggered
i want to change the settings so that spam emails (immaterial of the spam score) are only marked as -- possible spam-- in the subject and always delivered to the inbox
required your guidance on how to achieve this
