Topic: New Install, Cannot authenticate. Username or password is incorrect.

- iRedMail version: latest
- Deployed downloadable installer.
- Linux/BSD distribution name and version:  Ubuntu 20.4 LTS
- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL):
- Web server - Nginx

New deployment on fresh ubuntu build. Setup went smoothly. At the end before the request to restart, the installer gave the url and paths as well as the initial postmaster@my-domain and password that I had entered into the installer.
None of the login screens are allowing us to access the system via web UI. When I try to use the user reset script in the CLI, we get the following;

* VMAILADMIN_INVALID_CREDENTIALS. Detail: INVALID_CREDENTIALS({'desc': 'Invalid credentials'})

Is the online documentation missing a step? What am I doing wrong? I assume it is something with the LDAP based on the error. But hoping you guys have a quick fix before I waste my time. I have tried to hash the password, etc.

I too am having the same issue, can I reset the password somehow?

Seems the iRedMail installation didn't succeed at all, did you notice any error on console during iirm installation?
