Hi, two folders recently popped up in my SoGo (in mail). One is called TemplatesFolderName (it doesn't even give me the option to delete it) and the other one is called Conversation Hisotory (it gives me the option to delete it, however it spits out an error saying it cannot be deleted). By the way those folders are not present in Roundcube.

Any idea how to get rid of them? Thank you

I guess it was created by some mail client application you use?

I went through all of them and I can not see the folders in any of them. I use (and everyone on the server) Outlook 2013 (ActiveSync) and Apple's Mail client.

The folder names are interesting, is it possible that they were created by some IM (instant message) client?
