Topic: Unable to connect via imap

I have tried to connect via Outlook 365 and it continually fails whether I connect via 993 or 143 and smtp fails on 587 or 465.

So far I’ve run a portquiz test to all of these ports and they all seem to connect from the command line.

Any pointers to troubleshoot this would be very much appreciated.

what settings are you useing?

port 143 needs starttls, 587 (submission) also needs STARTTLS

aswell, your logfiles doesn't show anything related to a login

Those are the ports I connect to from Outlook, I manually enter them into an IMAP setup within the client.

- No useful log in attached file at all. Try to grab relevant log lines.
- Please take some screenshots of your MUA setup to help us understand the client side settings. (WARNING: Do not leak your real domain name and username).
