Below are detailed changes since iRedAdmin-Pro-LDAP-5.3:
Ship Python module web.py (github.com/webpy/webpy, public domain) internally, so that no need to upgrade it after upgraded server OS.
New: tools/promote_user_to_global_admin.py, used to promote an existing mail user to be a global admin.
New config parameter: SET_PASSWORD_CHANGE_DATE_FOR_NEW_USER. Set password last change date for newly created user. Defaults to True. If you want to force end user to change password when first login or send first email (with iRedAPD plugin `*_force_change_password`), please set it to False.
Normal domain admin can see global admins in admin list of same domain.
tools/upgrade_iredadmin.sh: incorrect uwsgi path on CentOS 8.
tools/reset_user_password.py: Not set password last change date when reset user password.
