Will this plugin work with iredmail install of roundcube?  Where would I find the database info to configure this module?

on a iredmail installation, SA gets invoked by amavis, this plugin would invoke SA by itself

It is not possible to set and read UserPrefs for SA per SQL, if SA runs trough amavis.

It is possible to do so trough amavis, though.

But i guess this plugin doesn't provide this, and since it is 3rd party, i would suggest asking the plugin developer this questions

Is there a free solution to allow users to manage their spam preferences in iredmail using roundcube?  I would go with pro, but this is just a hobby/family email server, and I can't afford $500 to throw at it.   I wish there was a hobbiest license that was cheaper.  I get it, we all want to fleece businesses, and we should lol.

even iredadmin pro doesn't provide a per-user SAUserPref

All components used in iRedMail are open source softwares, even full source code of iRedAdmin-Pro is available to paid customers.

You only pay for a pro licence, which has advanced features:

You are free to use iRedAdmin default edition which comes with every install

Oh, for some reason I thought it had something like that.   I mean I don't expect it to have that actual package, but I would expect it to allow user to maintain their own spam preferences in some way or another.

Do the email users access the iredmail admin page, or is that strictly for admins?  The reason I ask is that it has a lot of spam settings there, are those global or per-user?

for example can users edit white/black lists?

Yeah, I saw that but I am not a coder, so I cannot write my own interfaces to this system, so this is useless to me.  Open source is awesome, but if you are not a good codder it doesn't get you anywhere.
