Topic: Today i discover that the outgoung daily limit (SMTP) is not working

- iRedMail version (5.3):
- Deployed with iRedMail downloadable installer
- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: Rocky linux 8.x
- Store mail accounts in which backend (MySQL):
- Web server (Nginx):
- Manage mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro? yes

Today a spammer can send over 9000 email in one day even if we have set a limit of 90/h in general setting, so that limit is not working. And I've nothing set in the domain/account that sent the spam

Where I can check for to see why is not working ?
