Topic: configure iRedMail to accept blocked mails

Hello,

I just saw in the mail log that mail which I need was stopped by the spam filter.
I cannot find this email in the Quarantined list either, so I tried to add the domain which this mail was sent from in the white list as both a sender and as a complete domain, but still same log in the mail:

May  9 11:42:34 mail postfix/smtpd[16815]: connect from unknown[46.x.xx.xx]
May  9 09:43:04 mail policyd: connection from: 127.0.0.1 port: 58352 slots: 0 of 2044 used
May  9 09:43:04 mail policyd: rcpt=225, greylist=update, host=46.x.xx.xx (unknown), from=apache@mail.mydomain.com, to=mail@domain.com, size=1800
May  9 11:43:04 mail postfix/smtpd[16815]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from unknown[46.x.xx.xx]: 450 4.1.8 <apache@mail.mydomain.com>: Sender address rejected: Domain not found; fr$
May  9 11:43:04 mail postfix/smtpd[16815]: disconnect from unknown[46.x.xx.xx]

assume that email which is sending email to me is:
apache@mail.mydomain.com

and my email address is
mail@domain.com

any idea what can I do to allow this mail to pass ?

Thank You
Best regards

Postfix can not find this domain via DNS lookup. Is it a real and valid domain?

Re: configure iRedMail to accept blocked mails

You was right, some of our DNS admins messed up with wrong MX record ....
it`s fixed now and working just fine...

Thank You for quick response !!
