Topic: Spider Email Archiver v2.1.0 has been released.
We are excited to announce the release of Spider Email Archiver v2.1.0. To install or upgrade, please refer to this short tutorial: https://spiderd.io/docs/install.html.
Below are the major changes that we have made since v2.0.0. Don't forget to subscribe to our newsletter so that you won't miss any news of Spider Email Archiver: https://spiderd.io/
We have added a new "SMTP Events" page that shows the SMTP reply of each SMTP session. This page is particularly useful for troubleshooting SMTP connections and authentication.
The "Preferences" page has been refactored, and now Password and 2FA are managed under their respective tabs.
Only one domain name is allowed in the SSL cert.
We have added a new command-line argument "-debug-smtp," which is helpful in providing detailed SMTP session data for troubleshooting, if needed.
We have included a few more strong, secure SSL ciphers for the SMTP service.
Other minor improvements have also been made.
We have fixed the issue where the "spider-import" command would panic while importing messages from an IMAP server.
We have resolved the issue where the SMTP server would raise a "Cannot start TLS: handshake failure" error.
Thank you for choosing Spider Email Archiver, and we hope you enjoy using this latest version. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.
