Dear Zhang,

Please help me. I have problem many users can not receive email. I checked mailq and i got many temporary failure with status= deferred. Here some log from syslog:

Because i have no idea, i just do this:
1. cd /var/vmail/vmail1/ah.co.id/m/g/r/mgr_ps-2022.07.18.09.59.58/Maildir/
2. rm dovecot.*
3. postfix flush
4. and then the user can receive the email.

But i think this is a wrong procedure, because the error will come again and again.

FYI:
This is a new migrate mail server from Centos 6 and iRedMail 0.8.1. And this is my first project in mail server, so totally have no idea and i think i messed many configurations.

needs the full postfix log for that, my guess is that amavis is not running/crashed, or iredapd

Somehow i have no other log, they stopped logging on April. I forgot what i did that affect the logs.

And I have 9350 users.
Sometimes in my monitoring system, i got error:
mailserver-ubuntu

CRITICAL: /var/vmail/vmail1 did not respond in 3 sec. Seems to be stale. :

How did you migrate old server? Did you follow our upgrade tutorials to apply sql/ldap database structure changes?

FYI

Yes, I follow the tutorial. When export the database, i just export the matching column because of different database structure.

Hi,
Recently my mail server stopped receiving external  mail  but it works perfectly internally. The domain resolves and the MX records are correct. It sends without a problem. Can you advise, thank you.
