We are about to use iredmail 1.6.3 in production and completed POC. Regarding support and cost I have some queries
1. Your website says Note: ssh connection only, no TeamViewer/AnyDesk or similar GUI tool. But Our company policy does not allow ssh access to server from Internet and also we can't see what you are doing. Can sessions be done through zoom,teams etc
2. With cost of 149$ whats the expected resolution time of a issue and whether support is 24*7?
