Hello, since one month, all the e-mail we sent by a LimeSurvey application are marked as SPAMMY.
So, in the subject of the mail, there is a [SPAM] prefix.
In the log file of postfix I have this:  amavis[30275]: (30275-15) Passed SPAMMY {RelayedTaggedInbound}
But if we send the same e-mail through the Rouncube webmail it is ok.
Any idea please?
Thank you for your help.

You will need to check what email method is configured in global settings in LimeSurvey.
Also I have had good experience using www (dot) mail-tester (dot) com for problems with emails, as it would tell you in details what's wrong with the email path (I am not affiliated with mail-tester or such, i just found it to be a helpful tool). As the previous poster cryptically said, it seems that your email is sent using an unauthorized server for your domain, but you will have to check the email header for details.
