iRedMail version: 1.3.1, CentOS 7.9, LDAP, Nginx, iRedAdmin-Pro

We cannot receive mail from ONE client, got

NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from XXXX: 554 5.7.1 <XXXX>: Client host rejected: Access denied; from=<XXXX> to=<XXXX> proto=ESMTP helo=<XXXX>

Server works for years without any problems.

Pass for arch: 123

We have black/grey list but sender ip/domain not in it.

So i think the problem is: Sender has old Lotus server which tries to use our 465 port as MTA (on our side it is configured for MUA submissions with auth only). How to solve it on our mail server side?

This is about submission. How it can help organise transmission?

I remove from (smpts 465 port) smtpd options this line 
-o smtpd_client_restrictions=permit_sasl_authenticated,reject

But looks like no helo check works
