May I know anyone understand pt 3. means?

3. Adjust the theme to your needs;

Sogo forum is not clear on this.

I did change the default color (js/Common.js and css/theme-default.css) .
I can change the color when SOGoUIxDebugEnabled = YES.
But I could not follow the pt 4. and onwards

Seems it needs to rebuild something to propagate the changes to the theme system.

Help and sharing wanted. And appreciated.
