Since this is your most recent thread:

If you really want receive help, don't spam forums with error messages without any informations what system you are useing, noone will be able to help if you dont offer any informations (or even a question by itself)

So i plain guess it is either almalinux or centos8 stream, and with your other error messages it seems that many libs were installed already, so i can't assume that it was a clean install from the beginning
