Good afternoon. There is a postfix+dovecot server (2.3.16)
Three machines from the branch (Windows 7) do not connect to the mail server.
Dovecot makes a reply:

mail dovecot: imap-login: Disconnected: Connection closed (no auth attempts in 0 secs): user=<>, rip= IP_vn, lip= IP_srv, TLS handshaking: Connection closed, session
From the logs it is clear that the ssl server does not understand when a client connects to it
I can’t figure out what’s wrong, there are similar PCs that work great and the connection works fine.
