I am registering an account using email and need to receive a verification code email. I receive an email in about 10 seconds, but after receiving it continuously for 5 times, I can't receive it anymore. I have to restart the server every time to fix it

seems like the sending server got banned by fail2ban for me, check maillog

check status of postfix, dovecot as well.
can other mail clients receive mail?

How much memory does this server have? Is ClamAV service running?
