Hello,

I have already looked around in iRedEasy, but I can't find a point where I can change my server licenses from monthly to yearly billing.

Does this only work via the support? Or am I just blind here?

If possible, the change should also be carried out without downtime on one of the mail servers

Hi Reini,

- You can login to your PayPal account, then cancel the monthly subscription.
- After cancelled, re-subscribe the annual plan on iRedMail Easy web console.

Changing subscription doesn't affect the services running on your server at all.
