I got this issue after the relay to the mail security device from mail server and after the spf whitelist greylist the sender domain ,this issue is resolved (https://forum.iredmail.org/topic14517-r … try-a.html) .

I think it's not the solution . We can't know which domain is sending mail to us and it will happen again at that time.( International policy rejection)

Before the relay to the mail security device, this issue isn't existing and don't need to spf whitelist greylist the sender domain.

Any suggestion on this issue ?
