Hi,
I'm very happy of iredmail server. I need currently to move one domain to another server. But keep one another server

I already move all email and ldap account from one server to another server : it works
I put the second server as MX backup.
For the detailled process domain to move are example.org, domain to keep : example.com . Each of my domain use mail.example.(com|org) for mx 10, and mx.example.org for mx 100
What I want to do are
1. Disable example.org on server #1 (the mail sent to user@example.org goes to backup on server #2)
2. Update mail.example.org alias to go to server #2
3. Add let's encrypt mail.example.org to server #2
4. Remove let's encrypt mail.example.org to server #2
Now : user can not connect to server #1 with mail.example.org, DNS update do the job. It's ok some hour after. If they need it before the can use webmail or mx.example.org

But : how to disable example.org on server #1 without disabling example.com on same server ?
I i stop postfix : it's OK, but I disable example.com at same time.
I try to broke LDAP for domainName=example.org set as inactive or enableService to mail2 , buit i receive a Relay access denied (in reply to RCPT TO command) from server #1
