How can I download sent and received emails from the iRedMail panel to my computer? How can I view these emails on my computer?

The info displayed on "Sent Mails", "Received Mails" on iRedAdmin-Pro are stored in SQL database "amavisd", it contains minimal info of email, no full headers, no mail body. So you cannot download and view them as a full email message.
