Can't access on browser and error on mail client upon testing. It happens late this morning but I can access it early this morning. I don't know what happened. I did do anything on the server.

Upon checking today, its working again. I don't know what cause the problem. My second concerns it has delay on sending/receiving emails. Some emails will be received after one(1) day.

Re: Mail Server suddenly not working on browser and even in mail client

First issue sounds like a temp IP ban trough fail2ban due to failed login attempts

The delay on sending/receiving could be related to greylisting, do you have this enabled?

you didn't post any related log files so this is all only guessing
