Dear iRedAdmin-Pro Support Team,

We are experiencing an issue with iRedAdmin-Pro where users are unable to change their passwords through the web interface. They receive the error message "Could not save new password."

We are using the following versions:

   iRedMail: 1.6.0
   iRedAdmin-Pro: 5.6 (MySQL)

We have not made any custom modifications to the system and are using the basic configuration after purchasing the software. Password changes were functioning correctly previously, but users have recently reported this problem.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue? I can provide the specific error messages from the logs if that would be helpful.
