Topic: Sending but not receiving emails

Hi,

I already installed iRedMail and I can send mails to external domains(gmail, hotmail, etc.) so can send emails to users of the same domain but I can't receive emails from external domains. Am I missing a configuration or what could it be?

Some possible reasons:

*) Do you have correct DNS records for this sever? both A and MX records.
*) Did you check mail log to verify what caused this issue? Is it caused by greylisting? If so, you will receive them in about 30 minutes.

Where can I check the DNS records?

You can check them with command 'dig' on Linux/BSD system. For example:

$ dig -t a your_domain.com
$ dig -t mx your_domain.com

If they're not correct, please contact your DNS service provider to change them.
