I had renewed my certs did an update with apt which warned me about a configuration file being supplanted (don't remember which) and I just clicked to preserve the existing version. After reboot Roundqube, Admin panel and Sogo were gone and no mails could be sent or received, but Thunderbird still connected to the server without a warning. Postgresql service is running.
