Topic: [SOLVED] New Installation: sending and receiving problems

I set up a brand new iRedMail installation (0.7.1) and upgraded to 0.7.2.
I set a "standard" user account and did some test.

When I try to send mail from Roundcube I get:

SMTP Error (450): Failed to add recipient "******@gmail.com" (4.1.2: Recipient address rejected: Domain not found)

The maillog:

Jun 17 14:13:03 svr01 postfix/smtpd[4923]: connect from svr01.mydomain.net[127.0.0.1]
Jun 17 14:13:33 svr01 postfix/smtpd[4923]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from svr01.mydomain.net[127.0.0.1]: 450 4.1.2 <*****@gmail.com>: Recipient address rejected: Domain not found; from=<test@mydomain.net> to=<*****@gmail.com> proto=ESMTP helo=<192.168.192.2>
Jun 17 14:13:33 svr01 roundcube: Invalid response code received from server (450):
Jun 17 14:13:33 svr01 roundcube: SMTP Error: SMTP error: Failed to add recipient '*****@gmail.com' in /var/www/roundcubemail-0.5.2/program/steps/mail/func.inc on line 1497 (POST /roundcube/?_unlock=loading1308319920395?_task=mail&_action=send)
Jun 17 14:13:33 svr01 postfix/smtpd[4923]: disconnect from svr01.mydomain.net[127.0.0.1]
Jun 17 14:13:43 svr01 postfix/smtpd[4919]: disconnect from unknown[195.110.128.205]

I can successfully send mail through SMTP over SSL from a mail client, but I don't receive mails.

Sorry, what does "standard" use mean here?

It said "Recipient address rejected: Domain not found", do you have correct DNS server configured on your server? Also, please make sure these two files have same content:
- /etc/resolv.conf
- /var/spool/postfix/etc/resolv.conf

Postfix is running in chroot, so don't forget to update the second one if you changed /etc/resolv.conf.

LOL sorry I meant "not-administrative" user account.

That was the problem. Many thanks....
