Topic: How to prevent address from being blocked as SPAM

- iRedMail version and backend (LDAP/MySQL): iRedAdmin-Pro v1.6.3 (LDAP)

I cannot find a topic in the forum or any documentation how to prevent that a specific address or domain is blocked by the spam filter.

We do receive some customer´s mails that are our of the sudden blocked as spam. Whitelisting the whole domain incl. subdomains and the address itself doesn´t help.

You should add whitelists in SpamAssassin config file also.
