Topic: Disable Bcc?

I there a way to disable bcc? I’ve de-selected the “BCC outgoing mails to other address” check box, but the user still has the ability to send bcc messages.

We would like to disable the ability to send bcc messages throughout our organization.

"BCC outgoing mails to other address" is a server-side feature, it will bcc all outgoing emails of certain user. But i guess you're talking about client-side BCC: bcc address is filled during composing email. Am i right? If so, you cannot disable it.
