I am receiving some E-mails which are known to us and not having anything related to SPAM, however E-mail are received with subject line ***SPAM*** <Subject of E-mail>, is there any way by which we can remove this tags or configure something where it does not tag known E-mails as SPAM?

Please check the headers of these emails, find out headers inserted by SpamAssassin to figure out why they were detected as spam.
