Hello

I would like to use iredmail as my email server but i ve already cpanel installed on centos 6, is it possible to have both on the same server and use cpanel for everything except email?

We didn't test iRedMail with CPanel, it's impossible for me to answer this. I suggest trying on a testing machine first.
