    I'm just wondering how do I change the postmaster email name?  I would like it to be something else.

Just my suggestion,
I'd created another account say, support@domain.com then create a filter (in the Settings) to redirect all emails recieved by this address to the address postmaster@domain.com.

Advantages: It's some kind of an alias (although not really) and you can create even more accounts to redirect to the postmaster account.
