Topic: Setting using Outlook

Hi,

I want use my mail server with outlook. So, i can retrieve mail from server direct to my laptop. But i got this error on test it:

Any idea why? I not understand cause i'm not expert here. I can send email using web mail roundcube, also i can receive it.

You server hostname (techsupport) should be a fully-qualified hostname.

Hi,

Techsupport is client pc. It should setup as hostname? Why it cannot just name of pc only?

What about if i want to retrieve using hand phone? Need use hostname also?

Yesterday, i test from inside my office. After i left office and try from home, success. Thank you to ZhangHuangbin help me solve my problem. Thank you again.
