I am looking to be able to turn off message tracking options from specific accounts or on the system as a whole. Please advise.

EDIT: I am specifically looking to stop the processing of delivery confirmations to users on the Iredmail-Pro side. I have an application that is kicking back delivery/read receipts and we do not want these sent back to the sender. Can iRedMail do this?

iRedMail doesn't enable sending read receipt, it must be configured by user on Roundcube webmail. So please check it on webmail side.
