dear developer
i'm newby on learning mail server
and made a essay of it in college
my mail server working properly..and my teacher ask me..if u are admin of this server, can you display i/o of mail from user of u're server as admin?

so i want to ask you

1.can i browse/display sent mails and received mails by users in iRedAdmin open source?
2.if it can't, what must i do to see it in my debian..which i use text mode?

You can enable MySQL/PGSQL integration in Amavisd (see @storage_sql_dsn in Amavisd config file /etc/amavis/conf.d/50-user), then Amavisd will store basic info (no mail body) of in/out emails in SQL database.

iRedAdmin open source edition cannot view in/out mail log, but it's available in iRedAdmin-Pro (paid edition):

first, i must install the server with iredmail mysql/pgsql?

All backends are ok, they all have SQL integration in Amavisd.

this what i see in /etc/amavis conf.d/50-user
@storage_sql_dsn = (
['DBI:mysql:dat;abase:amavisd;host=127.0.0.1;port=3306', 'amavisd', '3ZwjsiA$

how to enable SQL integration in that line?
i'm not editing that line yet
i try to browse sql database, and looking in database name 'amavisd' and the table name 'msgs'
what basic info i seeing just like 'from_addr', i'm not seeing field like 'to addres' because i want to see both incoming and outgoing

and like u said yesterday that is 'no mail body'
i just seeing subject..
so..if i want to see full info(not just basic info like no mail body) of in/out mail..
what should i do next?

You can search '$clean_quarantine_' in Amavisd config file. It's better to ask in Amavisd mailing list.

P.S. Another solution is storing all mails in SQL database instead of on file system, if you want this, try DBMail: http://www.dbmail.org/

i can't find '$clean_quarantine_' in Amavisd config file

i use debian 7 now..after searching in internet, i just find out dbmail kicked out from debian..and when i look at http://www.iredmail.org/wiki/index.php? … QL.backend..there's nothing for debian..

please help me solve it Sir..
maybe like how editing my iRedadmin open source to use sent and received mails..what i really need now just both of them..
like i said to you before , i'm not create this mail server for bussiness/commercial, but for essay in my college..
i'm a college student from indonesia..
