Topic: Non-admin Forwarding and White/Black listing

==== Required information ====
- iRedMail version: 0.8.6
- Store mail accounts in LDAP
- Centos 6.5

Hi, I have been asked to implement iRedMail into our production environment for multiple clients/domains. We have a requirement where the end customer needs to be able to implement forwarding and white/black lists (non-admin users).

Can this be done from inside an admin interface or is it something that only admins have rights to do at this point.

Sorry for the NOOB question but need to find out asap.

Unfortunately, currently only domain admins have rights to set forwarding addresses and white/blacklists. But user can also set forwarding with Roundcube webmail (NOTE: They are different forwarding methods, but both should be ok for you).

Thanks for that - will investigate the forwarding method in round cube and hopefully it will suit our clients needs.

Are there plans to make an integration for White/Black lists in round cube that link back to iRedMail at all??? that would be an amazing feature.

Do you mean per-user white/blacklist? Unfortunately, no plan yet. Sorry.

Yes... our clients often ask to be able to have individual white listing and obviously black listing. Integration with Spam Assassin can be done by plugins in round cube from what i have read... I would really prefer to do most of it in a separate Customer Admin section inside iRedMail if possible. Just a bit of a request for a future option if possible.

Thanks for your replies though - its certainly solved a few issues straight away.
