Topic: backup from old version (0.7.2) and restore to latest (0.8.6)

my iredmail version is old (0.7.2) so doing upgrade from each minor version to another as described in "Upgrade Tutorials" is so frustrating.
is there any other way to backup data from old version and move them to newer one?

tnx. in the "MySQL: Migrate mail accounts" section should I first import exported mysql file and then run appropriate sql commands regarding each update or vise versa?

Yes what?!
I questioned which of these are correct:
1. first import to new iRedmail an exported mysql file from old server and then run appropriate sql commands regarding each update.
2. first run appropriate sql commands regarding each update and then import exported mysql file.
tnx
