Topic: no-reply@ account

Hi all,

Just wondering whats the process of setting up a no-reply account

I know the devnull: /dev/null in /etc/postfix/aliases followed by
no-reply@example.com: devnull in /etc/postfix/virtual

Is there a specific way of doing it for the ldap backend

regards,
Dariusz

Re: no-reply@ account

What do you mean 'no-reply account'?

You mentioned /dev/null in our posts, do you mean simply discard all received mails to /dev/null?

Yes, that would be useful to me.

I need that the account send mail but not receive.

Thank you for your interest.

Re: no-reply@ account

- add "devnull: /dev/null" to aliases file
- update alias with postalias
- add a row containing "devnull" to aliases table at iredmail database.
