Topic: How to point domains

==== Required information ====
- Going to buy iRedmail pro
- MySQL
- Amazon Linux

I am new to linux. According to wiki, Python 2.4+ is required. Is that correct. I have installed Apache, PHP and MySQL only. I have list of domains pointed to our clients web sites. How do I point their mail servers to iRedMail. Please give me a reference.

Thank you.

Regards,
Sithija.

Re: How to point domains

Mail service uses MX record in DNS, so you just need to update MX record to point to your mail server (domain name of your server, not IP address).

For example, if your email address is 'user@example.com', please update MX record of domain 'example.com' to your mail server. If it's 'user@abc.example.com', please update MX record of domain 'abc.example.com'.
