Is it possible to set up mailing-out by time with the help of iredmail, for example by connecting crontab?

That's what cron used for, you can try it.

What's the name file name, which is specified in the cron?

You can add cron job with command 'crontab -e' for current logged in user, or use with '-u [USER_NAME]' to edit other user's crontab.
Check manual page of crontab for more details, or Google.
