Hi, I'm getting this warning in the Logwatch, but I don't know what it means, I'm a few weeks away from putting the server into production environment and I'm worried that affects something.

It's ok. Amavisd will extract emails under /var/spool/amavisd/tmp while invoking SpamAssassin/ClamAV for spam/virus scanning, and email parts will be deleted after scanning.
