Dear Zhang

Why my Public IP internet in office is always blocked by iredmail , so I have to always change with some IP that I have , is there a setting for my Public IP whitelist them?

You can whitelist your office IP address in Fail2ban config file (/etc/fail2ban/jail.local), parameter "ignoreip =" under config section '[DEFAULT]'.

I 've done the addition of the IP , then do I have to restart my iredmail or not , how to restart my mail server

Just restart fail2ban service.
