Hi , i  have 3 internal domains. I need two of them allow access to OwnCloud , so how to create LDAP filter for Owncloud  ?

Check /etc/postfix/ldap/*.cf and /etc/dovecot/dovecot-ldap.conf for reference.

when i made enabledService=cloud for user it works by this filter (&(objectclass=inetOrgPerson)(enabledService=cloud)(mail=%uid)), but i have lot of users and i want to made EnabledService=cloud for certain Domain , how to obtain filter ?

iRedMail doesn't have 'enabledService=cloud' by default, you have to add it manually.

Not quite sure what you want. I suggest you check document to understand how to write LDAP filter.

as U write above i want to make somth like virtual_mailbox_domains, so if domain exapmle.com have enabledService=mail it would recive mail , i add enableService=cloud for example.com and want to make filter for owncloud.
