Hello,

I'm having some problems with Roundcube and I'd like a help please. Here is my situation:

My new user cannot create a New Identity because the add button cannot viewed. I tried different values (0,1,2,3,4) in identities_level in defaults.inc.php and none has showed the add button on webmail.

Anyone know a workaround or a definitive solution to solve this problem?

'identities_level' is the right parameter you're looking for.
Did you modify file /var/www/roundcubemail/config/config.inc.php or other file?

Hello Zhang,

No. I just modified default.inc.php file and restarted the apache service.

Now, I modified my config.inc.php and default.inc.php to value 1 and worked fine.
