Topic: Why outlook.com says my emails are spam ?

Hi all,

I have configured my email server and it is running OK, no errors so far. Also I have added DNS records be ok with the SPF and DKIM checks.

Now Gmail is not considering my emails as spam but for outlook.com they are.

I am using  PORT25 to validate my current status
http://www.port25.com/support/authentic … ification/

These are my Results

==========================================================
Summary of Results
==========================================================
SPF check:          pass
DomainKeys check:   neutral
DKIM check:         pass
Sender-ID check:    pass
SpamAssassin check: ham

DomainKeys  is the only neutral i got. Port25 says the message is not signed and gave this output:

----------------------------------------------------------
DomainKeys check details:
----------------------------------------------------------
Result:         neutral (message not signed)
ID(s) verified: header.From=postmaster@gabrielassets.ga
DNS record(s):

Below are the DNS entry I was expecting to solve this:

dns type: SPF
dns name: gabrielassets.ga
dns value: v=spf1 a mx ip4:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx -all ( ip hidden )

dns type: TXT
dns name: dkim._domainkey.gabrielassets.ga
dns value: v=DKIM1;p=MIGfMA0 .... ( key hidden )

dns type: TXT
dns name: _domainkey.gabrielassets.ga
dns value: o=~; r=postmaster@gabrielassets.ga

These are my doubts:
1 - How to get pass at DomainKeys check ?
2 - Will it resolve my problem with outlook.com ?

Thanks all

Having a PTR record for my server's IP fixed this for me. Outlook is a bit of a hard-ass on anti-spam rules. Also make sure your IP doesn't have any bad history.

I had to  contact my host provider and ask them to set a reverse DNS. (PTR entry).

They did, but I am still getting th same for DomainKeys checks.

You are not talking about a ptr record in the SPF record are you ?
