Dear Zhang
I want to make the size of each user is different in sending or receiving emails, examples teddy@jababeka.com can only send or receive an email with 10mb size, but other users can send or receive an email with the size of 5Mb, where can I get to the settings

You can try this:

*) Upgrade iRedMail to the latest iRedMail-0.9.0
*) upgrade iRedAdmin-Pro to the latest iRedAdmin-Pro-LDAP-2.2.2
*) enable per-recipient policy lookup as mentioned in iRedAdmin-Pro upgrade tutorial:

*) Enable iRedAPD plugin `amavisd_message_size_limit`

After this you can enable per-user message size limit in (iRedAdmin-Pro) user profile page, under tab 'Spam Policy'.
