Do you have package 'unrar-free' installed?

Yes i installed it before doing fresh install. There was no $unrar present in 50-user config.

On Debian / Ubuntu, it will use 'unrar-free' to decompress unrar archive file by default. Try this command:

# grep 'unrar' /etc/amavis/conf.d/*
