dear Team,

please assist am experiencing slowness on receiving emails internally and server i have on my premises and this issue is started last two weeks ago while my server load are 0.560,0.470,0.390 and emails shows some delays when sending

what can be the problem please assist.

It's caused by greylisting. I suggest visiting http://greylisting.org for more details.

On CentOS, you can disable greylisting in file /etc/policyd/cluebringer.conf.

Dear Zhang,

may be i do not know how to disable greylisting, please can you instruct me if you do not mind the things is very strange and now when am sending email to my outlook client it stay some time before leaving the outbox while previous days it was very ok.

please assist zhang

Dear Boaz,

I need related log on your server for troubleshooting, your description is not very clear to me.
For sending email, i need log in Postfix log file (/var/log/maillog).

To disable greylisting on CentOS, please open file /etc/policyd/cluebringer.conf, find below line:

[Greylisting]
enable=0

Make sure you have 'enabled=0', then restart 'cbpolicyd' service.
